I really don't look like Albert, so I would like to upload my own avitar. How can this be accomplished?

i put mine on a webiste first, but i think that there is also an option to get it straight from your computer...

 

make sure it is not too big...i think that the correct size is 100*100pixels

From the options field on the user control panel, click change avatar. There's an upload option at the bottom of the page that comes up.
