Did you watch the video? If it's not fake, it's fairly interesting.

I have no idea how authentic it is, just being modern day makes it suspicious due to the popularity of hoaxing but it is interesting if not a hoax. Lots of interesting stuff has been filmed or taped, no way to authenticate any of it as far as I know. Things that make you go Hmmmm....

What could be an explanation for why the object doesn't appear blurred? The camera shutter speed wouldn't be that fast, would it?

That's easy to photoshop. Especially since it's "so fast" and only needs to be in a few frames.
