bloodhound Posted July 7, 2004 Share Posted July 7, 2004 Aliens came to earth and experimented to find that perfect living weapon, Stong, smart etc. they created the dinosaurs and others and werent satisfied. then they created humans. In every human lies a dormant gene which can be triggered to transform the human into a perfect fighting machine. Suddenly the aliens left without any apparent reason. The traces of these effects of genes are still found in todays world. These genes were accidentally triggered and the stories of Werewolf, Vampires, Yetis, Bigfoots, are no fairy tales. canadianpoet Posted July 16, 2004 Share Posted July 16, 2004 Well the only problem is the motive! Generally it's a good theory, but I don't see why they would create us as ultimate fighting machines. I agree we have a hidden gene or two stored away in our DNA, and that in theory if these were triggered we could turn into Bigfoot or a vampire I suppose. But it doesn't seem very likely! I wouldn't describe an over sized ape as the ultimate fighting machine! Plus if we discovered how to turn our own genes on, we could go after the aliens!! What its more likely is that they wanted to experiment with life. They originally started off with the dinosaurs, but they were all killed by a meteorite. So they had to start again with us, hence Genesis in the Bible, the 7 day thing and all that! They hung around for a bit and taught us some stuff, so that we could evolve and look after ourselves and make something here and there, then they decided to go. Either because they were forced to or because they wanted to! As for the hidden genes, who can tell what they do, some maverick scientist should try and activate one or two in a foetus, see what happens! This details how God created the Earth in 7 days! Then it all goes on to describe Adam and Eve and their children and so on. Depending on how literally (or not) you take the texts in the Bible, some of it could be describing visitation by Aliens. "From the heavens the stars fought, from their courses they fought against Sisera." Judges 5:20 Clearly there was some dissention over the alien warrior experiment. Sisera, a Canaanite war leader, probably in charge of the genetically manipulated troops, was eventually hunted down and smited with a tent peg through the head, a very alien method of dispatch.
