Threads is devastatingly frank.

 

Not a pleasant film, but very informative.

I think the fact that my search turned it up under the name "Threads (warning - very disturbing - seriously)" says something about it really.

Chick-flicks, I like A Walk to Remember & My Sassy Girl

 

Others, I like Armageddon, all the Star Wars [i'm still waiting on EP. 3 though], and The Matrix.

 

For silliness, I like the Austin Powers movies.
