Recommended Posts

Hi all,

how would you find the kinetic energy of a sparrow of 28.6 g moving at a speed of 13 M S^-^1. Thanx.

Do you know of any formula to find kinetic energy?

We can help, but we don't do homework. The ONLY thing even remotely tricky about this one(assuming you have the formula) is you need to play with the units a little.

I hate myself for asking, but this cannot be left alone:

African or European swallow?

The question was about a sparrow, which is a completely different animal that rarely carries coconuts.

Carl - Was YDs response in Post #2 enough to help you? If not, where are you stuck?
