I was just wondering if animals can get asthma?

I think so. I think asthma is an allergic reaction that leads to the swelling of the air passages. Also, I think animals can also be allergic to something.

I once knew a horse that was allergic to hay. It had to be fed silage, or it would start wheezing and coughing and stuff.
