All prospective moderators are expected to have read the FAQ, specifically the FAQ item about becoming a moderator

and besides that, there is only need of a few moderators. Two admins and a few super mods are perfect;)

There's 10 for this forum, which can expect on average about 4 posts an hour.

 

There's 5 on another forum I frequent which can expect about 4 posts a minute.
