Seaweeds are also known as Macroalgae. They constitute several species of marine plants and algae. It also includes Red, Green and Brown algae. Seaweeds can grow in ocean, rivers, lakes and other water bodies. Nori has one of the smallest Iodine content from seaweeds. Sheet of Nori 16 mcg/g. Used as wrap for sushi.

Other genus and species, can have even 1500-3000 mcg/g whole. Table:
