is titration process in determing Iodine in CCl4 is iodimetric or iodometric?

 

It’s called iodometry, so the second one (iodometric) would be appropriate.

Well I can't remember learning about this one so I got out my 1960 copy of Vogel and hey he has a whole chapter on the subject.

I think it depends on the other experimental details.
Can you post  them?
If I was trying to measure I2 in CCl4 I might start with a colourimetric assay unless I really needed good precision.
