Pseudo-science means not science or science that is beneath the dignity of consensus science. Ponderable means thinking about something new, at the grass roots, where all science begins. Science does not begin all nipped and tucked, but begins with new questions and new ways of seeing things. Sometimes from this beginning new science grows. For example, here is a ponderable, probability and statistics as we know it, is only a good first approximation, since probability has a connection to entropy, which is a function of energy. The first approximation assumes full energy. A more complete theory should consider partial energy probability, which could impact many theories. Let me give an example, if we throw a six sided dice, there are odds that allows us to predict the outcome. But this example assumes we have added enough energy for complete randomization. Say I weakly threw the dice so it can only flip 90 degrees and not complete a full roll. At this lower energy, instead of 6 sides only 4 are possible plus one impossible side. Someone playing cards would not all me to just cut the deck as a shuffle. They want me to use enough energy for full randomization. If I used less energy, I can change the odds. This effect occurs in the DNA. For example, some parts of the DNA mutate faster than others. There is a not a full energy randomization of the DNA or the dice would not favor some of the sides much more.

Another way to make triple stranded DNA, is to design an inverse packing protein core. We design the core to hydrogen bond to the phosphate of DNA, so the bases are exposed on the surface of the triple helix complex for easy transcription.

Triple stranded DNA could be designed. The simplest way would require a helical protein core with a greater affinity to hydrogen bond single strands of DNA than the DNA itself. If we look at a limited cross section, we would have sort of a circle of protein (simplified) with the hydrogen bonding every 120 degrees. Each of the three strands would bind to one of these sites. As we move axially the protein core helix would be wrapped with three binding DNA single helixes. This might be easier to do with RNA since it forms a single helix, easier, thereby not requiring any major tweaking.

Maybe the wave-particle observation should be the pseudo-particle nature becomes more pronounced than the wave nature at larger size. But at smallest size the opposite is more true or more in proportion. A cannon ball is more like particle than a wave. In other words, one has to go through great trouble to determine the wave aspect. The particle is right over there. The uncertainty is interesting, as we get larger composites, the uncertainty begins to approach zero. That could be due to the proportional shrinking of the composite wave nature.

This is more of an observation. At the smallest levels of matter and energy things obey quantum laws. But as you get larger into macro size quantum breaks down. For example, the pebbles on the shore of river are not quanta. There is certainty of position and their movement does not obey wave equations. These rocks are composed of quantum substructure, but as a composite they don't follow quantum laws. This is where a theory comes in. Most gravity situations involve mass composites like two big rocks that don't follow quantum laws. So maybe there is a way to extrapolate that transition from quantum into not quantum, so GR is able to interface with quantum theory. There is a slight macro difference that pure quantum theory leaves out, where sub particle uncertainty becomes composite certainty. Where waves blend into fixed composites that follow particle principles.

One practical problem is mirror bio-material is not chemically active. So even of you could set up an entire mirror cell, perfectly, it would just sit there. If you do an energy balance most bio-chemical mechanisms don't add up using the biomaterial alone. It takes water. Water doesn't exactly have a mirror image. The H20 molecule in solution only lasts about 1 millisecond, so it would revert back to stable steady state. The water push will be to revert the mirror back so it can be functional again where the energetics are able to add up right. If not, the mirror becomes food for life that has the energy engine.

There is often a difference between intelligence and common sense. Intelligence embraces the newest, yet to be proven, because it offers a way to expand the mind and exercise the intellect. Common sense may not stray as far, but tends to prefer time proven methods that work. When comparing intelligence to common sense, we are often comparing a prototype mentality with a traditional, fully functional, mentality. The prototype may have hope for the future, but often, the bugs have not yet be worked out, such that moving forward, often defies common sense. If you look at the difference between the intellectuals and the common sense folk, the common sense folk are the doers, since they have the time proven foundation that allows extrapolation into practical reality. The intelligent are more talk that action, which is good, since many of their prototypes are not quite fully baked. Let me given an example of intelligent prototype thinking losing the race with practical utility and common sense. The basic family unit has been around for thousands of years. This would suggest that it may be part of our genetics. In other words, one does not do the same thing for 5000+ years, without some unconscious or maybe even genetic impact. The intellectual goes after the latest fad, since there is more room for free thinking to help exercise the mind. The conclusion of this brain storm, this 5000 years of programming is causing inequality among the sexes. So we need to promote equality by redefining the family. Common sense would say disrupting 5000+ years of programming is going to cause an instability, unless the new prototype thought this all the way through and has made all the needed provisions. Common sense would also say, many women and most of the children of broken homes are going to get screwed by this prototype, since their 5000+ year programming is going to unconsciously need a family unit in place. These broken families could end up stuck in poverty. Many children may also be loss to the streets and gangs looking for a father figure. This might also cause the males-female premiscuity, leading to deadly diseases. As history showed, this prototype by the intelligent people, has led to some cultural gains, for some women, but a lot of social problems. The intelligent approach is to act like the prototype was a complete success. Now we have to fix all these mysterious problems, that came out of nowhere, with a whole new range of new and improved prototypes. If they had common sense, they would backtrack, using cause and affect and retrofit their first prototype to include some of the traditional strengths. But intelligence only looks forward. This may be intelligent, since half baked ideas, without any common sense, gives intelligence new problems to solve. Since the intelligent ones, have taken over the public education system in America, away from the more traditional common sense crowd who ruled up to the 1960's, not only has the cost risen but the quality is down. The intelligence solution is to keep running prototyes until one finally works. The common sense crowd should think, the intelligent ones are useful to the future vision of culture, but they lack common sense. Maybe we need to take the factory back over and restrict them to only pilot studies. If one of their prototypes finally works with common sense. we will integrate it.

This is interesting in the sense that it shows how realistic unconscious projections can become. The dream can generate its own reality into which the conscious person can enter and take part in. It makes you wonder what percent of the average person is in touch with reality. Just the subjectivities of normal cultural existance would indicate reality can often become nothing more than a collective belief system. As long as everyone is in the same subjective dream we will call that reality. A good example is fashion. When the new styles appear, these magic articles of cloth give the wearer strength and poise. When you look back at the power clothes of the past, some of it looks quite silly, i.e., polyester leisure suits. Typically one sees that connection only after they awaken from one collective dream and have entered a new one. People show all the signs of being awake while interacting in a collective dream. Maybe the principle of sleep walking apply; it is better not to wake them.
