Not in my local Costco. The half dozen giant ceiling fans were installed less than a month ago. Costco has very high ceilings. The fans lift the air up to the ceiling and may keep it up there until the water droplets have evaporated and the virus is left high and dry, perhaps killing it in minutes?

Because you can't move all economic activity outside. Shall we just stop doing business indoors? I don't agree with your "akin." There are "plenty of things" we can do outside, so we don't need to use indoor assets? Costco should move everything into their parking lots? Why do people wear a mask while they are driving a car? It doesn't bother them. When the weather is cold, a mask is comfortable. You can be happy to wear a mask, and happier to know the business you entered indoors is trying to keep the air free from Covid by improved ventilation.

Why did my Costco installed giant ceiling fans above the checkout stands? To suck the air upwards. Is there a way to retro-fit a room to have 12" diameter ducts transport fresh air (from outdoors) to the ceiling of a room to introduce air to the room, and have 12" ducts snake along walls to suck stale air out through vents near the floor, along the walls? Can this be enough to speed up air replacement? All this requires is air ducts and some powerful fans.

After thinking about this subject, and going down a Qanon rabbit hole, I think Qanon is the power of suggestion used on suggestible people. You will see a blurry photo that could come from anywhere, maybe a scene from "Saw" perhaps. Then a narrator explains what the blurry image is and tell a story that follows the script about Satanic, vampire, cannibal "elites" torturing children to stay young. A suggestible person may bite the bait. Perhaps some of the Qanon material could be of Russian origin, since that would be consistent with their objectives, to help Trump. The letter I posted at the start of this discussion looks like a clever person worked out a plausible fiction in a form letter to anyone interested, to rope them in. It looks as stupid as hell to me.

As usual I'm trying to "figure out" obscure subjects. I stumbled upon a Qanon believer when I was listening to music on Youtube. It is a nice version of Bob Marley's song "Babylon System." It's supposed to keep them young. They suggested that Bob Marley could foresee Qanon and was calling them out. I replied to call foul, that Qanon was an absurd conspiracy theory with no factual basis, and saying Bob Marley was referring to Qanon was disgusting and they were LIARS!! I'm not a man of faith but I prayed for the first time in over 20 years. I mentioned what I found about the actors to a few friends the next day at work. Leaving out the stuff about the children till I could do further research. The day after that I was approached by a man I knew for 4 years who called me a sheep and threatened my life. The four years I knew this man he was one of the kindest and politically smart people I knew so I was absolutely shocked. I looked into his social media that night and I see the same symbolisms, the same odd advertisements like a fruit for $500 with a small brown child sitting on it. After that I started research into conspiracies like pizzagate and the Illuminati. That is only true if the big bang is infinite in size. That is the only way it can reach ALL SPACE. If eternal inflation and the multiverse theory is true, then each big bang, or "budding universe" has a finite size and therefore has a center point. Since I was raised by devout Christian parents and attended Christian grammar and high school, I feel I can be critical of my own religious experience. I have an observation about the basis of Christianity, and maybe a look at religion in general. I took my religion seriously throughout grammar school, but by high school I was becoming skeptical. Why did God or Jesus never talk to me in my dreams? I had many extraordinary, even surreal dreams but never, never, not once did Jesus telling me to go to mass, or God tell me what the true religion is. I think this is the basic story, the basis of Christianity. Correct me where I go wrong: Adam and Eve committed a grave offense against God the father by eating an apple that He told them NOT to eat. Sounds like something kids will do if you tell them not to. What person is NOT going to eat something delicious that they are told NOT to eat? That is like saying "please eat this!" This disobedience was so terrible to God that he decided to not let ANY people into heaven for the next 2,000 years or so, until Christ was born to die for Adam & Eve’s sin. Also, women will have pain giving birth to children ever after. God was totally pissed-off at people for 2,000 years. He decided sometime during those 2,000 years what to do about his sinful people, who he really loved. In fact he loved us so much that he would torture and kill for us. They always say “God so loved the world that He sent His only son to die for our sins.” But they don't tell you He did that to please Himself! God decided to impregnate Mary by means of the Holy Spirit to give birth to His one and only son. This means God was a very irritable guy who couldn’t stand people not obeying him. He was a tyrant, a dictator. But that somebody has to be special, he must be a God who became man. This Father could only be satisfied by the torture and death of HIS OWN SON. This is ghastly on the face of it.
