I need someone to give me suggestion and explain it as well. Thanks.

Will quantum computing be a whole new "species" of computer, what I mean by species is will quantum computers be totally different than the computers we have today such as a whole new architecture. The qubit is really mind boggling. What kind of applications will quantum computing bring. Thanks

These two videos worked. Normally, it displays a message saying I need to install a Flash plugin, but instead it played the video using HTML5 technology. Awesome! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kmk43_2dtn0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESZ3NFL8X-k But unfortunately other videos there are still in Flash. Just want to know in case I upload videos, I'll make sure they're HTML5 playable. I used Firefox, newest version.

I have searched google for this but cannot find... is there a video chat site that lets you communicate with random people like chatroulette but by subject.... Kind of like a subject based forum like science forums..but once you click on a subject you are sent to a video chat instead of a forum?

Hey all, Our lecturers have provided us with an assignment where they want us to read in a file they've supplied in a certain file path. They want to be able to type in the file path through a standard input function. I have set the code up but whenever I run my code the program prints out the prompt for input but then skips to the next printf() statement. Here's the code: location *nav_information; ship *ship_information; /*instance of the struct in 'resources.h'* pointer needed for dynamically sized array */ time_format *times; FILE *fp; fp = fopen("LOGFILE.TXT", "w+"); /*this is the logfile we will write ship information and collision information in *…

I have an RFID reader and an rfid tag. The tag has a feature where I can set a single bit to either 1 or 0 depending on its status. Its memory address on the tag says "200h". What does that mean? How can I write a macro on the reader to change the tag to "1" when sold/scanned, and "0" when returned/scanned second time?

I have to write a program where I take user inputs and draw fractal images (preferably Sierpinski's Triangle) using some code already provided. Problem is, we haven't even talked about fractals. I guess my question is after obtaining coefficients from the user, the number of functions they want to use, and the probability associated with that function, how would I continue to build the image?

Are we going to be seeing a trend towards cameras that produce stereoscopic stillframes? I haven't seen or heard anything yet about a move towards a new format. How would everyone feel about such a move? This would be especially exciting if still's could be printed in full colour spectrum holographic, which they can't. I wonder when professional photographers will make the move. . . . . or at least offer the option! 3D Stillframe picture viewers lol . . . .
