The theory of rotation within rotation

My idea does not apply to rotation which involve centripetal force due to gravitation, there should be real contact to transform rotation, that interprets my experiments on earth and not universal systems, it is not the idea of changing the position and direction of motion which will cause another rotation, it is the idea of transforming rotation somehow.

You cannot transform rotation from one body to another without some form of force interaction. In gravitational bodies that force is gravity,

[latex]F = G \frac{m_1 m_2}{r^2}[/latex]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton%27s_law_of_universal_gravitation

there is a known synchronous rotation due to gravity, of nearby gravitational bodies known as tidal locking Earth and the moon is tidally locked. However this is a very slow process that also involves conservation of angular momentum (it is an example of induced rotation between gravitational bodies) (however the body must be able to tidally bulge)

http://www-tc.pbs.org/opb/circus/media/uploads/pdf/SG8_angular_momentum.pdf

in so far as the gravitational influence of a nearby body creates tidal bulges, those bulges causes the rotating body to slow down (think of a spinning figure skater)

when she places her arms close to her body she spins faster, than when she stretches her arms. Tidal bulging has a similar effect on gravitational rotating bodies.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tidal_locking

[latex]t_{\textrm{lock}} \approx \frac{w a^6 I Q}{3 G m_p^2 k_2 R^5}[/latex]

now as to other rotating bodies influencing other bodies to rotate, you must have some form of force interaction. Friction is obviously one

"Friction is the force resisting the relative motion of solid surfaces, fluid layers, and material elements sliding against each other."

however you cannot induce motion from one body to another body without some form of force interaction see newtons 3 laws of inertia

It is a theory , perhaps I am wrong, but this is not found in wikipedia ,I suppose there is a kind of motion transformation in order to explain why a hanging object by string will spin around its vertical axis when we turn the string around, and why any object hanging with a string will rotate due to earth's motion, some rotation within rotation appears in this system, even though this can not be applied to orbital planets motion.

It is found in wiki.

"to explain why a hanging object by string will spin around its vertical axis when we turn the string around,"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torsion_spring

" why any object hanging with a string will rotate due to earth's motion"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foucault_pendulum

foucault pendulum is about changing the angle of swing, and not about rotating. The earth's motion effect causes foucault pendulum to change angle of swing and that for pendulums, and cause objects to rotate and that for hanging objects and this is not in wikipedia.

Why on Earth (no pun intended), or any other orbiting body, for that matter, would such a thing ever occur? Of course it's not in Wikipedia, and for good reason.

If this 'theory' is true, how does the Earth's motion not transfer energy to itself and cause the Earth to spin at an infinite speed?

for why earth will not transfer energy to itself, you can refer to my equation on this post. the angular velocity of the resultant rotation is inversely propotional to the radius of the original rotation, i.e radius should not be zero.

for why such thing should occur, you can refer to my post (new source of renewable energy)

"foucault pendulum is about changing the angle of swing, and not about rotating. "

Wrong on both counts.

Can you answer two simple questions

What effect are you talking about?

Is there any evidence that it actually exists?

if I am wrong saying that foucault pendulum is not about rotating,it means it is about rotating! and this is an evidence.
