What does this exactly mean? That our universe is finite?

It means the universe looks the same, on some level of resolution, in all directions

yeah well I get that but what does it mean beside that? Could it be indication to something on larger scale, like indication of multiverse or something?

As Swansont has informed, isotropy refer to the uniformity of our universe in all directions--but not necessarily indicative of a finite universe.

The determinant for a bound closed universe is the curvature. Which relates to mass density vs rate of expansion/contraction. Well prior to cosmological constant which confuses the issue.
