Polish them by speaking with experts in the field. Maybe there is a professor or similar at your university you can speak with.

I can not see your education status & interests when I look profile. My interest area is functional analysis. I try to make some observations (it means I would create&implement projects based on applied functional analysis)..but before, it might require more research.

 

related subjects will be : metric , normic ,inner product spaces and others. we also might need more financial butget to implement that projects I thought.

Only if "new" means 100 years old.

If we are talking astronomy, yes. One million years is considered new.

 

But yeah, I would polish up your ideas with an expert in the field before presenting them. You usually only have a few chances to present your ideas before people start labeling you as a nut job if your ideas don't make sense.
