electron positron annihilation

Where goes the gravitationaL field when electron and positron are annihilated

In a 4 dimensional space-time you need to travel through time to notice gravity(curved space-time).Photons travel sideways through 3 dimensional space.

from where comes the gravitational field of electron and positron on pair production of photon if photon carries no gravitational field

For simplicity, let's assume that "carrying a gravitational field" is caused by mass of an object. In that respect, it is remarkable, that while a photon does not have mass, a system to two photons usually does. As a matter of fact, pair production from two photons can only happen for two-photon systems that have a mass at least twice the mass of an electron (due to conservation of energy). Mass is a special form/share/aspect of energy, that does not always equate to what one would expect from it from everyday life.

That said, no model for gravitational effects of an on elementary particles exists, anyhow.

i have derived exactly the angle of deflection of light by associated mass with the single photon in gravitational field

if the single photon carries no mass then what is the source of mass during pair production

Energy, for instance of the photon pair, creates a gravitation field just as the electro-positron did.
