rahul_rudani
- Is there a machine on earth that can completely fake the effects of zero gravity? Can a human enter? :uhh:
greg1917
Get in a plane. Lose altitude fast enough and for a few minutes ull undergo what could be described as weightlessness - ure falling at the same speed as the plane so u float around. This is how scenes in Apollo 13 were filmed. As for a machine that can 'fake' zero gravity, No.
rahul_rudani
oh yeah, that would be like free-falling for 30 seconds.
MajinVegeta
How about jumping a trampoline!! You'll stay in the air for a few seconds. It'll be just like in space. Golly by gosh! Ain't it a groovy idea? :help: :bravo: :cool2: sky diving?:owned: :uhh: :spam:
blike
Skydiving would feel like weightlessness, except for the air blasting all over you...

PogoC7
Swimming in Water. Compared to the plane example. Water is the closest thing to weightlessness on Earth, plus easier to do (It's for everyone!!!). Unless you suffer from Aquagenous urticaria, then you better have some money for a 0g plane trip or write to a charity.
