The evidence indicates that evolution is true, and that the earth is about 4.5 billion years old.

Nope. The only scientist that predict is right, the earth is 6 million years old, not billion. Would you agree with it?

But, I don't still get it. I'm confused why it's 4.55 or 4.54 billion yaers old the earth is.

Why do you think it is 6 million? Is there any evidence you can produce? And, yes, evolution has happened and is happening (although I make a distinction between evolution by natural selection and evolution through other means).

I still don't understand what your asking? Are you asking how we know its 4.4 billion or why it isn't 6 million. The anwser to the second is that its not 6 million because its not!
