a "non of the below" option would have been better! rather than specifics, as you could be there all day long trying to find the one that fits.

we have a Vauxhall Astra Club, 2 years old. where does that fit in your options?

I don't have a car so I voted for the kind I would buy.

Although personally I think the idea of the individually-available personal transport is nearing total obsolescence.

"A socially and environmentally responsible car that was not bought specifically for ego-massaging or selfish interests "

that`s my vote, it gets us from A to B without a problem :)

I have a rather swanky BMW, with all the gadgets - AC, seat heating, leather seats, GPS sat nav, cd player, etc etc :D

I'll put my dad's car in: VW camper. I think the closest thing to that above is a minivan, so I checked that. If it were a person, it would be about 140 and have arthritis, heart disease, and a desperate and incurable case of flatulence. As such it has more character than all the cars of Northern England put together.

As for what I personally would want, it would have to either be a Lambourghini Diablo (but of course) or a Mini Cooper.

I drive a '99 Chevy Venture van.

I`de like a good SAAB or a Volvo, Audi`s are nice too, but then that`s a lottery win for me, still, there`s no harm in dreaming :)

yeah, i want a ferrari, but then, im dreaming too!

so long as its fast i dont mind what make it is ;)

2000 Ford Ranger 4x4 (small pickup), 1997 Honda Civic LX (love this car!). Need two vehicles since my wife and I both work. We're too rural for the bus lines or I'd sell one of them. I'm like YT, get me where I want to go, I don't need the flash.

You don't want to have one?

You can select multiple options' date=' so just select one and "I don't have one".[/quote']

Ah, I see. In that case it would be a Lotus Elan that I can't use*, a Ford Escort I don't want** and a Land Rover that I'd like.

*Too tall

**Would you?

Q: what have Ford Escorts and Thomas the Tank Engine got in common?

A: Kids love `em :)

Since I've recently wrecked my Z28, I had to buy an older model of F-body. This time it's the 92 Firebird Formula.

But for me, I don't like anything that has less then a V6. V8 is highly desirable on the other hand. ;)

I have a cheap, rugged car that costs little, is very fuel economical, and is probably one of the few cars that can withstand all sorts of road conditions. (Especially applicable in India when the monsoons come along :) )

It mite be only 800cc, but its more than good enuf for all city driving needs I have.

Although personally I think the idea of the individually-available personal transport is nearing total obsolescence.
Bicycles?

The make is "maruti", the car is simply called "maruti 800" - till foreign manufacturers poured into India about 10 years ago, it would alone account for around 50% cars in India.

Thoug its fully manufactured here now, it was initially developed in a collaboration with Suzuki, so its technically called a "Maruti Suzuki 800".

I think people in Europe would have experienced a car by the name of "alto" (its known by aroound 10 different names in Europe - unique for each country) which is also made by the same company and exported to Europe.

I live in New Delhi, when it rains like its raining cats and dogs nowadays, most roads suffer.

Horse?

That's pushing the individually-available envelope a bit.

i am buying a hurse(idk bout the spelling) on wednesday. it is a cadi and i dont know of anyone else in town with one
Disconnect the broadband cable from your coffin before you drive your hearse!
