Almost certainly there is life on other planets. Intelligent life is harder to find. Unless they are here already and announce themselves someday.

Being how big the cosmos is there is most certainly life on other planets and I would even say intelligent life. However again being how big it is we may never find it. It is much easier finding a pin in a haystack.
