So it will much deeper in the crust where temperatures would be quite warm right? Mars said to have geysers so I think it's going to be pretty warm somewhere.

Yes, assuming Mars is warmer inside like the Earth there might even be an aquifer on Mars and anaerobic organisms could very well live there.

But even if the Martians exhale oxygen, I wouldn't want to be in front of a big ugly martian's mouth. ^^
