yeah. i just moved into my new flat in nottingham. gonna have to try to find another isp. u know any which done have caps?

no. apparently BT have as well. read some stuff along with NTL. the thing is there are gonna be five of us in our house. and that makes it only 200MB per person per day. and that absolutely nothing!!!!!!

it sucks. the main of getting broadband is the only on, download as much as you want thingy. now its gonna be like dial up. having to worry about how much time you spend doing stuff.

30gb/mo is plenty for me, as I don't download every day.

However, when we get into >1 person sharing the connection, it's very harsh to impose that kind of download limit.

There is the slight issue of "why would you be downloading that amount of crap anyway?"

once we get 5 pple . its will be 200MB. and that just easily evaporate. listening to internet radio. or streaming video. using ftp. etc

I know BT haven't; as far as I'm aware from much reading of el reg, NTL's the only one.

BT basic is Igb per month

The link I posted has all the caps on downloading.

I think 1gb/mo is, quite frankly, an appauling cap for a broadband connection. I could download that in a week on dialup ffs. BT should be ashamed of themselves.

DOOM 3:

I have somethings to say about the beta.

1)There are no game cheats (im sorry)

2)There are slight problems with the physics, but will probably be corrected in the actual game

3)The game is coming out in August!!!(3rd i think)

4)Its actually ilegal to download the beta

5)In the beta there are only three weapons (A handgun a shotgun and a machine gun)

6)There are only 8 maps in the beta

7)I have the whole pack of Doom series: Doom ,Doom2,Ultimate,Final,Doom3,addons for Doom2 and Doom1

If anyone wants to know more PM me.

Anyway back to the thread. :)
