That say twin does crime like robbery or B&E than how will the police find the right twin that has the same DNA ,fingerprint and looks ?

 

And if cloning of people where possible this is other problem how would find the person who has the same DNA and fingerprint ?

well, the thing with clones is that they will have different experiences and hence will have differences in their mental functioning. a sufficiently indepth interview or fMRI could determine which is which.

 

we already know how to tell if a person recognizes a scene in an image, so images of the scene could be shown to both people and see which one shows the most recognition of the scene.

Twins don't have the same fingerprints — the pattern has non-genetic influences. I expect, for the same reason, clones would not have the same fingerprints.
