Morally and socially wrong yes. Wrong 'in the eyes of the Lord' yes. But ilegal, no. It is a contract and if you stray it can be legal grounds for the contract to be disolved (divorse), but adultery is not ilegal. EDIT: sorry pioneer - just realised I completely misread your what you ment here - you never actually said it was ilegal to stray - just that marriage is a legal contract and playing away is in breach of this. - However - as it is not 'ilegal' then I don't think you should disciminate against the married by saying they can't legaly go to one if a single guy can.
