Agreed. 2:20 onwards is just outright abuse. A tough teacher can be great, but there's a fine line between a tough teacher and a bully. This guys definitely the latter.

Great film though, definitely recommend it. 

This is a type of teacher we need more of.

A lot of ex-military end up on the board of education regarding coaches in sports. That's normally where you see behavior like this. They were taught hard knox style and they create a lot violent people. Violence beckons more violence.
