Why do you think that somebody here could deliver a more reliable diagnosis that a medically trained skin specialist?

I am just looking for alternative insights as so far I have not had any luck

Well a quick Google search has come up with either A) Hives or B) Super-duper-mega-ultra-cancer.

Either way, I suggest seeing a doctor if antihistamines don't help.

Yes antihistimanes not working I'm afraid hence why doctor is at a loss as am I. Ruling out all foods etc and had blood tests. Fingers crossed it is some allergy

It's around waist inside of legs and back of legs, up back. So not really but in where body is warm generally. Nothing on lower arms and legs

I aint no doctor but it looks like you have a sweat rash or fungal/bacterial infection of some sorts.
