I thought I was born because evolution selected for those who had an urge to procreate and my parents (thankfully) acted on that urge.

 

They were rewarded by a pleasurable intense surge of oxytocin and seratonin and dopamine and one sperm among millions penetrated the egg, fertilization and gestation took place, and after 3/4 of a trip around our star a unique mixture of hormones and muscle tension pushed me into the world through my mothers lady parts.

 

Gosh, who knew I was so very wrong and that I was born due to freedom of religion. :rolleyes:
