      It is however supposed to be a reflection of the study you did in college. If it were me I'd follow the institution's guidelines if they have any.

      Publications tend to write their own guidelines. Where none are specified you should just use whatever looks good but whatever you choose remain consistent.

      Research??? As a recovering coffee addict I know coffee causes headaches you need to drink more and more to avoid the headaches which get worse the more you drink. Caffeine can mix with certain drugs to change their potency. Something to be aware of if you take medication.

      Five coffees?? That's really not good for you. Maybe try limit yourself to one or switch to decaff.
