  1. I sit corrected.

Still we can't hold animals to the same understand as adult humans have. We don't punish a 3 year old for murder for the same reason right? Which isnt the case with animals that. They get the death penalty most the time.

That the same reason we protect them as well, hense pedophile laws. Leaving emotions out of it I can believe there is such thing as a consenting child especially after 13 specifically because I personally was very consenting with my GF at the time. As well I at that age would consider myself knowledgeable of my action. Every human is not the same level of development as the next.

It's that fussy area as to where to cut the line. I think for everyone there is a line. I think both sides arguements get hurt by gray area.

Ultimately, If a 5 year old can't consent I don't see how we can say a dog can be consenting. So i am again both forms of sexuality beast and pedo alike.

I am just showing my logic I am not refuting what your saying just to be clear as well.

I guess that means I don't advocate putting down dogs...O_o

  2. I agree - I would rather be killed than raped repeatedly. But what if it is not rape? Just because an animal can't speak doesn't mean it can't give implied consent. Dogs have sex with each other without speaking, but we don't arrest them for rape.

Morality is a concept of man is it not though? It requires a level of intelligence to understand what is right and what is wrong. When dog humps another dog, it's purely instinct. Not different from a humans need to hump but...I think we expect more from a human than a dog

  3. trying to define intelligence is tough. I think "g" make sense though, I think we have designed alot of IQ questions that test ability to solve a problem which relys on a persons ability to process information. Espectially with logic pattern tests.

I think the factors that limit tests is that like for example: Some people have short attention spans, so if a IQ test takes 60 mins, after 15 mins someone isn't using their full capacity, vs someone who can concentrate longer. Then it becomes more of a test on staying focused. I get bored within 5 mins of test unless it has some interesting problem, If you were to design a test that was shorter and less questions the degree of error also becomes larger.

Unless you make 1 question worth more than a point. IF two people get the question wrong, To what degree was the mental processes that cause the error...if person A missed a tiny bit of information, but his logic and reason was spot on, Persom B guesses with no process involved..Are they both at the same intelligence level whne they both for the answer wrong?

Then there the aspect of creativity as well. Finding solutions to a problem that don't nesscaralty require high analitical and logic skills. A person with above average logic skills and a wicked imagination can come up with a brillant idea that you most likely would ever arrive to if you use pure logic and reasoning.

  4. Inow: I am just saying in general. The fact that it's even being discussed as a potential issue. The whole representation issue to me...I don't how it even evolved to the point where we even should be discussing it.

It's what is, and I am not faulting anyone for discussing it, I am sure everyone feel the say I do to some degree. It seems that it should be inherent in the system that all people are represented to a degree and if not someone isn't doing their job. It shouldn't matter what group a person belongs too.

Say this judge makes a decision based that effects a specific group, it will automatically be seen as a result of what group the judge belongs too.

I just think this whole thing should be an non-issue, even though it never will be because someone will always bring up "x" difference about someone.

Ironically my very post goes again what I am trying to eliminate...

it's endless. The only thing the government should care about is efficiency...and the debate of what is considered efficient is our job. Irrelevant difference between people shouldn't be one of them. It's the focus that bothers me.

  5. Who cares what race, sex, etc a person is. It's ridiculous that you appoint someone based on anything else but their ability to do the job.

Part of the job though is to give fair an equal representation of all the minority groups and sexes and races, whatever else you have out there.

If you are a white male, than you go out and find out about the other groups of people views are, and It's their job to see if it's relevant.

We need to hold the fire to the feet of people NOT doing their job instead of doing the above. Hiring a minority in this case wont insure that those people get represented anyway. That person is still surrounded by the majority...in order stay they obviously have to please those people to or they can't keep the position.

You can't even imagine how backward and screwed up the political system has become. it's band aid upon band aid.

I don't feel bad for my apathetic view of politics.

  6. I understand Obama is in a bad environment for change. It's not a job I want nor do I even think I could last a day in his shoes. I am just hoping one day SOMEONE breaks that cycle. I think he has the intelligence to do it. The positon he is in....horrible place to be in. You have the crisis, wars, etc.

He has the choice right now to do the right thing. The US needs that. Every country needs that.

So I am going to be on his ass because I can't seem to bear seeing my brother to the south take road. Who cares about ficitious border...we are all the same species right....I just want what's best for you guys.

  7. Of course i am not saying they are mutually exclusive, but he doesn't seem to be using it for other purposes. I am just saying he not using his full potential. The guy is smart, but he not given the landscape to use it fully. He has to cater to a crowd.

Look that the discussions here. You guys have rather good points, but the majority of people wouldn't be able to see your points.

Either he not given the chance to display it, or he chooses not to display it, still it seems that his intelligence is only being used for speeches.

I am sure Obama has a personal belief or even a better way to handle most cases...It's ****ing theatre and he has to amuse the crowd.

What is he doing that's so different and innovating, because that's what America needs right now, a different direction..."Change". He knew that and ran his campaign around it.

    Is it happening?

So how else do you think i am suppose to examine it? If there is relevant information being present otherwise I'll take it back.

  8. It's sad that his intelligence goes to waste on fancy speeches.

God I could see that beung used as a republican ad with they way they are going

"Obama uses his intelligence to deceive you, we republician promise never to use intelligence, ever...vote Sarah Palin"

*GutZ is stuck in a political nighmare*

I feel there is no point in parties really...They don't really stand for them anyways...modern politics has essential destroy the system.

I really feel for you guys....really if Obama doesn't change things around soon...who are you going to vote for next....The next "Change?"

    I don't know...

  9. Very well done, it's refreshing to see someone actually understanding the topic before speculating. I don't think you would be too far off, and that it's very plausible in the future.

I think the only problem scientist would have is relaying that information to the public. You start talking about nano biological machines and people are going to be hiding from them.

I think society has a lot of evolving to do before this sort of stuff starts seeing reality.

  10. 28!

In general though I don't like people. People can call me socially awkward but whatever. I don't like dumb people which I find on average is large majority of people. I am not saying I am super einstein smart, but I hold my ability to be intelligent, to gain more knowledge, have the ability to examine "x" and understand the truths around it, to eliminate bias, see the truth in everything. I pride myself on improving that aspect....where a lot of people are concerned who is going to win American Idol.

Call me socially awkward fine....but look at how the average person lives there life, I am happy to be who I am. I do work on socializing and I am pretty sure I would of been a 30+ a few years ago, you need to socialized to get anywhere in this world.

Just don't ask me to try to relate with most people because I can't.

  11. Here is shown that the photon is formed by four hadrons plus one graviton contained into one only package.

So your saying that inside a massless photon, there are massive particles...

What if the photon was just like a regular photon till it went super. Super photons glow yellow. Yellow has 6 letters so that means which there are 3 generations, so you times that by 2 and you get like the same number.

So what happens when a photon goes super?

    Science experiment of going super.

    FU2H1I4ItY4

See the photon doesn't like to fight but the evil baryons are like "Yeah I am going to like totally destroy the universe"

but the photon is like "No way!"

They fight and an anti-quark buts in and then the photon has to go

    "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

    and becomes super photon 2.

the other particles are like "OMG"

I think Einstein touched on this.

  12. What if someones tree fell through your house though. DID YOU EVER THINK OF THAT, Who is going to pay for that Phi to repair the house? What if the neighor didnt have the GutZ to tell you...would you not be mad?

    (beat that pun(s))

  13. I am close to understand Electromagnetism (in the basic sense)

What i am not getting is the interaction of the field with the force and the interaction with photons.

Let's have a simple ciruit here.

    + ================= -

I know a magnetic field can produce and electric field and vise versa.

So what happens when you connect a battery to the terminals? Is a electric field generated? Electrons rush to the postitive terminal...If it is an electric field generated is it within the wire soley? and if it's in the wire, doesnt that create a magnetic field (perpendicular to the electrical field)?

Then how do photons actually interact? Do photons actually carry the electromagnetic force from the field to the charged particles? Are the particles charged before or after the interaction. Do we know what causes particles to be charged?

I am trying to figure out how even the atom holds the protons and electrons together, there has to be a field presents somewhere...does that mean that there is some field I am in right now? Can I exist without an EM field...does that also mean that you can create other fields with greater intensity, or can you strength a localized portion of this general field?

    SORRY lots of questions.

  14. I think what he is trying to get at is where the electron come from. Don't quote me but I think beccause metals such as copper have alot of free electrons, that why they are good for conducting electricity.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_current#Metals

"A solid conductive metal contains a large population of mobile, or free, electrons. These electrons are bound to the metal lattice but not to any individual atom. Even with no external electric field applied, these electrons move about randomly due to thermal energy but, on average, there is zero net current within the metal. "

  15. On money I really couldn't care less , it's historic or whatever. This isn't my grade 9th essay. There were important documents. The documents which are actually dangerous to "national security". It's not the end of the world but I think some of you drastically undermined the issue.

I can accept the fact that it's stupid for someone to be offended, but given the hostilies with the middle-east....Why is there a need to quote scripture in official documents? Sure it's just a verse...same token why do anyone feel the need to do that?

Even if it's stupidly harmless, it doesn't belong. As soon as it does where do you draw the line...screw the line who cares! Just don't write scripture in official documents! God has nothing to do with human politics. You guys clearly made a point way back when not to do this.

It's official government documents and the last time I checked it's not the governments job to start holy wars....so keep it out of there.

I don't clean peoples cars if I am a lawyer...

  16. I dont think it requires an extra dimension in order to describe time slowing down... OH are you saying that because of the behavior of time slowing down graphically it would curve downwards. Then time is one axis and gravity is the other? Therefore 2 dimensions?

  17. False dichotomy: We have free choice in our democracy but we cannot freely choose to murder, which is how those that oppose abortion feel about the issue. Just because I think they are wrong, doesn't make them hypocrites.

I disagree, I think it's intellectually dishonest to turn a blind idea of what we know versus a belief. The only argument that there is say god gave species a soul...or is that just humans? regardless...If religion is wrong yes a "child" is dead, BUT there is no evidence to it,,,,NONE. They are willing to take away someone elses rights, in leu if what?

Have a good argument like, the argument against murder. There is a fundamental reason behind having laws against murder. What is the fundamental reason behind thinking that composition of biological matter is a soul, alive, and sacred with all the evidence we have discovered? revelant enough to effectively force someone to do something against their will?

  18. No one is leaving Iraq for a long time. You might as well never release the photo. How relevant will it be like 30 years down the road. Releasing the photo's later, but I have an issue with not releasing them. Sure you could put the troops in danger, they are in danger everyday! The general public is sick of the war, Obama replaces one set of troops with another and calls it a withdrawal. That is his plan no?

I see Obamas position, and it would be hard for me not to do the same thing, There is always a reason not to do something. There is always an arguement for illegal wire tapping, take away freedoms, Where does it stop?

The America public doesn't need to specifically know a lot of things that go on in white house or pentagon, but how will we ever know that the people we put in charge are doing thier job properly based on our requirements?

I bet you Dick Cheney realized this long ago and knew that they could get away with everything. There has to be some sort of system change that from now on the government has no choice but release information. If it's horrible than we toss out the guilty. THAT information would of ended the bushs BS long time ago...

Hell we could of avoided this economic crisis potentially. This is not just some pictures. I hope for you guys this changes, because...you've give your leader a free pass to do anything. "IT;s in our best interest". With the past, I think I rather decide for myself what's in my best interest, with idiotic and sly people in power, I refuse to take it lightly. I feel bad for Obama to be in the hot seat, but hes a smart guy, he should know this as he was running for prez.
