About Me
Born in Liverpool, England; a lifelong interest in all things scientific. Taught myself calculus from books as a teenager and focused on a hodge-podge of areas. Became deeply interested in theoretical physics after reading about time dilation when I was a teen. Became immersed in general relativity later but was never in a position to attend university, I have a smattering of understanding of quantum physics but have never delved into it as deeply as I did GR.
My hobby as a teen was electronics/radio and I eventually studied this at a local college and later began work as a computer programmer, this is still my current profession. I wrote numerous technical article in the late 70s and early 80s on electronics and microprocessors in the UK popular electronics press.
Later I became interested in metaphysics and the limits of science and the interface between physical sciences and epistemology and philosophy.
