  1. I am withdrawing from this discussion as I do not see a valid reason to continue after seeing what Im seeing in this thread. For what its worth, I am for women rights, I recently protested myself against a strict anti abortion law.
  2. I don't think that we are or can be completely free but anyway... I saw that comment for what it is and I agree with String that it is controversial. Come to think about it, it's not such a big deal though...hypothetical and/or surely highly isolated cases of pathological women who run around all their lives just to have abortions for the fun of it is very unlikely. What I find interesting is that people who are the loudest preachers of equality (especialy feminists) do not seem to understand the meaning of the word "equality"
  3. Me, my children and my family are a victim of the inequality you talk about. The things I had to and still have to go through due to the inequality of men & women would give you nightmares. My whole life has been determined for the past 7 years and will be determined till the day that I die by the fact that there is an inequality between sexes - I've lost everything due to that inequality. I had to start my life over due to the simple fact of men & women not being equal, will I manage - we'll see (I'm a heterosexual male in my 40's) I do not see myself as a victim now, the world we live in is not just and surely there is no equality between sexes - neither in regular life nor in courts nor in any other area of our existence. This is the way it has been for thousands of years and neither your "mysoginy" shouting nor my story will change that. Get over it. PS. What you wrote about you not seeing a difference between one or five abortions is disturbing but hopefuly it's just your young age and/or lack of life experience speaking.
  4. Not a big fan of synthesizers huh?
  5. I am proud of myself and my partner. We hae a 6 month old, after my partner obviously refused to drink, one of the guests at a gettogether at our place last night stated that brestfeeding doesnt make sense after 6 months as the mothers milk becomes null nutritionally. Both me and my partner managed not to engage in conversation which would inevitably result in me having an episode.

I honestly believe that it was better for me not to engage.

That might have been the case.

  6. These videos touch the same part of my brain as a febrile dream. It's definitely very disturbing but it's no big deal...I don't think theres any deeper meaning to this nonsense. They just ticke that particular disturbing weirdness part of our brain. Here's another one for ya:
  7. All US citizens please accept my condolences. Also, I heard there's a huge party at Putin's place tonight. We are all officially screwed.

Well, far as I know Donald Trump's plan for space it to focus on deep space exploration, which I'm into. Sadly he's turning away from focusing on global warming, but with all 3 branches republican I don't think all the research we could provide would do anything.

  8. Pantera is my highschool days and it rocks! Also Tampitump...you sometimes sound like a real a hole with comments like the one above. I know that you are far from being one and I tested that empiracly by talking to you drunk on the phone last weekend but keep in mind that most people did not have the privilege of meeting the intelligent, pretty princess Tampitump live
  9. This goes to you meLothedestroyerofworlds, bering strait and others in this thread who are arguing within the same line: So it's safe to say, that you conclude that the differences are between roughly 5%-20%. I have little background to determine if this is true or not - it seems plausible and very well might be true. It is also undoubtedly true that a lot higher spreads of IQ than the ones you stated can be observed within the same race. Or even within the same tribe or family line. You say you are not a racist...the question is, why would you want to engage in research which has absolutely zero relevance apart from the fact that it's putting you in an incredibly difficult situation of being accused of being a full on racist? How strong your will of defending your agenda (which has exactly zero relevance) has to be to engage in this filth? It is scientifically proven that once in a while, everyone takes a shit. Most of us don't run around internet forums trying to determine whos is bigger. Why are you ?
  10. I'd like to ask the "racial experts" in this thread (its a genuine question), if we did evolve into seperate races which have differences in IQ, what are these differences measured to? Is it 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% difference? What is it exactly?

    Time Dilation

As far as I know, time dilation is a function of relative velocities. I think we have to keep "speed" away from this to avoid confusion. I too was mesmerized (and still am) when I first realized that time actualy moves at different rates depending on velocity of the moving frames. Im not sure but I think time dilation has not had its real world aplication in QM but it constantly has to be taken into account in other areas - like compensating for time dilation it in GPS satelites.
  12. The one and only true incarnation of genuine cheesiness - Mr. David Hasselhoff at 63 years of age:
  13. "Déjàbrew" (noun) - Slowly remembering things you did while drunk.

  14. In 1981 or 1982 there was a "secret" cinema in the US embassy in Warsaw. It was the cold war times and martial law was introduced in Poland in 1981. They were showing american films for the people who had the means to get in.You never knew what youre going to see...one time my Dad took me there and we watched "Fantasia" a great animated film which stuck with me for a long time. Another day we went and the showed..."Alien". I was 7 or 8 years old. My loving, responsible Father stayed with me through out the whole movie while I shat my pants multiple times. Couldnt sleep for a year after that.
  15. Hey, thanks. As certain other members in this thread, I am very proud of my work too
  16. You are right that the line is a fine one but when I see some of the comments made by some of the users in this thread, I have absoulutely no doubt that it has been crossed. I am also convinced that the reasons for someone lacking the ability to distinguish between your above statement and a clearly racist one, lie within the complexity of a sociopathic mind and not a racist one.
  17. Ah what the hell, even if I get a warning for this it's worth it: Haven't done this in a long time and never in English but lets see how it goes... A short poem for Tommy: - Oh Tommy Tommy, how much more can you find? - To feed thy crap, into my poor tired mind. - You promised to keep, the nonsense away. - Yet broke your own vow, and that looks to stay. - Poor Strange and few others, are out of their mind. - To figure out what, makes grown Tommy grind. - Oh Tommy, dear Tommy, no more I need ! - Will ever you listen, this tired man's plead ?! koti® The ® is "left Alt 0174" on the NUMEROLOGY pad if anyone want to know.
  18. Ah, a new word again. Another day has not been lost.
  19. Tom, you are testing mine and a few other members' skills of politely telling you to stop the nonsense. I have many of these in case you don't get it again: "I'd give this to my 7 year old daughter to decipher but I don't want to contaminate her brain so I won't"
  20. I noticed that someone downvoted my #7 comment and it seemed really odd as this particular comment is kinda "undownvotable" Are you sure it's a person or could it be a glitch in the matrix?
  21. Ah, life...5 hours in family court again this morning. 7th year of unwinnable mayhem continues.

Thats it. Now I need to find out what will be comfortable.

    4. Function

      Function

Not a bit better in Belgium. Wanting something can get you in front of juvenile court rather quickly here (I didn't do anything wrong. Familial matters.)

  22. Or better yet, instead of all that I wrote and others wrote theres an easier way. Next time just turn everything off and on again - be sure to unplug the power cable from the router for a few seconds so it resets.
  23. Yeah, not even a slight temperature rise nor any other side effect so far. In fact, he's 6 months and he hasn't had a single case of anything even remotely mild in his life. Both me and the wife had a flu for a week now and he's holding up great. Breast feeding is just so awesome for childs immunology.
  24. I wasn't talking to you. Unless ofcourse you are the same user as "Over 9000" and you've been debating youreself here for weeks now. Which would make you a psychopath.
  25. For what it's worth, I'm the OP and I don't mind. I did a week worth of research on vaccines concerning our 6 month old and both me and wife'y are in agreement to vaccinate him on basically everything.
