Hello,

I don't know if there someone feels the same, what I feel when I drink water..since before I never like to drink water, unless if I'm very thirsty after gym workouts, sometime ago my Dr told I have lactose intolerance,he advice drink lots of water which I can't, if I'm drinking water I'm feeling sick (throwingup)I tried different waters,(minerals, sparkling) but nothing can help, I just can't drink water, I trying drink tea juice but it still doesn't help much with my dehydration, I just don't know how to deal with.thank you

Do you feel sick when you drink water after a meal?

When you drink water (or other liquids) your stomach quickly increases in volume...which can cause the throwing up.

Making the water lukewarm and drinking slowly might help.
