Is mV used to measure muscle tension?

Hello,

I'm wondering what the minimum, average, and maximum range of muscle tension in humans measured by mV? I am trying to create an experiment to see how anger affects the body.

The readings they get might be in mVs and this reading may indeed be correlated/related to muscle tension in some way, but, it is not a direct measure of tension. Tension iirc has units in newtons as it is a force.
