These flowers change color when they aren't even growing, you are talking about flowers absorbing the coloring from their food. It seems that is what they are going for.

Well in both cases the flowers are absorbing a solution via capillary action. Did some searching and found that dye will also work for flowers still on the bush when injected via a syringe.

It should be obvious this is spam. Get a clue.

 

Many flowers change color naturally as they age, e.g. many trilliums start out white and slowly change to a dark purple.
