Split from, 'Dealing with Grief - How?'

This frankly sounds like a load of bollocks

Don't be a dick, Dekan. Many of us have known Jimmy online for many years and across several sites, and your comment above is unnecessary and unconstructive even if you believe it in your heart to be true.

We all have to die, and shouldn't weep and wail too much about it.

Does the amount of anguish displayed in this thread make you uncomfortable? Of course all life eventually ends. That is the one thing we all have in common. That doesn't mean feeling pain at the loss of someone we love is in any way inappropriate, especially the loss of a child.

Regardless, consider these questions rhetorical. You've made clear in this thread and others that you are a bit of a troll (or perhaps a prepubescent child?) simply trying to trigger responses in others and that it's really best for us to just simply ignore you.

It seems to me, that if someone was really anguished, they wouldn't come onto Science Forums, to exhibit it.

That's why I said it was bollocks. And it is, as you know.

You might feel differently if you'd bothered to nurture friendships and positive connections here like many others enjoy doing.

Oh yeah... Ignore Dekan. My bad. Already forgot.

But why post your loss on a Science Forum of all things? It smacks of attention-seeking.

I bet that's what it is.

Dekan,

Was there really any need for your comments? Whatever the intentions of the OP and whatever the truth of his words, exactly what point does posting your derision and absolutely baseless accusations have? Next time, please keep your inflammatory comments to yourself. They are not welcome here (or really anywhere).

Attention seeking indeed.
