If it's a shareable photo from the web, you can copy the image location and put it between [ img ] photo [/img] tags (without the spaces).

 

If it's a photo on your computer, click on "More Reply Options" (bottom right) and follow the instructions for attaching files.

Note: You may not able to do this until you've posted more frequently. Some permissions of this site are not made available to users until they've been around making posts for a while. This helps to minimize spam and similar annoyances.
