The question involves making acid water. hcl, h2so4, and nitric acids are very strong acids. i think first you have to make 5% h2so4 solution. to make the solution, add a few drops of h2so4 to clear water. do not add water to acid. it explodes. make sure that its concentration reaches up to 5%. next add this 5% solution to water again until its ph value decreases to 3.8. (ph of clear water is 7.) you can use litmus paper to measure the ph value. pure acid turns the litmus to pure red colour. ph of 3.8 solution may produce some orange colour litmus. the whole process makes acid water with ph of 3.8. i think you are up to making ricin.
