What if in the new age of this world, knowledge wasn't just something thats stored in books, CDs and databases etc. Physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, computer science....! What if this knowledge was a contained in a hyper meta state and then passed on to rather distributed thru brain membrane. So people would never then call a so called singular person a genius or more literate of his membranous tissue brain thriving knowledge but the brain infact stored volumetric contained knowledge in the medium surrounding it. Then the students, practitioners etc did not earned in rational test questions but had that meta state knowledge access. So whoever would had the means of owning such meta state knowledge (higher intellectuals)would then know when to transfer it to network brains and even when to curtail some knowledge. And the brains would seem that i am that scorer and i am that high profiler! And there won't be any need to read books perhaps just for amusement!

So could somehow knowledge meta state like thriving in a suspended medium ....cultivated, like a super computer?

I suspect it's possible, and that the difficult part is connecting to it without making us all a bunch of mindless drones. Bzzz...
