@chandana, interesting topic, i'd love to know more, please do what you can to get the info onto the discussion board.

This has been discussed countless times, and so far, turning water into hydrogen for fuel is more expensive than fossil fuels, and has numerous practical problems.

Without more focus, this thread will go nowhere.

I tried to give a new member the benefit of the doubt, but I suspect he was simply spamming the link I deleted. I'm not very familiar with eBay; do they have informative content?

I am not so familiar with internet in general. What's going on outside this forum?

I thought this was the internet?

Is there more?

Now I am confused and frightened...

Interestingly, my dad ran his (diesel) car on used cooking oil for about 8 months, it smelled like chips cooking everywhere he went.

How'd that work out for him? Would he do it again?

He said it ran smoother than diesel and that only used cooking oil would work, I'm not sure where he was getting it all from or why stopped using it (although I think he said something about the law requiring some modification to the car to allow you to do it, which he hadn't done)

It was certainly cheaper and as far as I know, he would do it again.

And yes, very different to water :D
