Do you have any idea what the characters are?

Is the screen black or blue?

Does it ever get to the desktop?

"Character codes" and "lines" doesn't tell us enough to help. It's like telling the doctor you have marks on your body in the morning. He's not going to know what you mean or what's wrong with you without more detail.

Maybe a problem with the BIOS.

Maybe skin breakdown from not moving around during sleep.

namely as soon as i turn coputer on, some character codes, symbols...appear on display screen. sometimes, screen has a lot of blue dots. In windows, screen has yellow dots. these dots is squares. if i install graphics driver, i will can't login windows, the computer will be automatically reset.
