I am a biochemistry student in USA. I need to sequence the newly synthesized 47nt RNA by using the enzymatic digestion method. Does anybody know where i can find the enzymatic RNA sequencing kit?

I am not sure whether any of them would carry something like that (and Fisher is basically a distributor). Better guesses are probably ABI (the ambion system), Promega, Invitrogen and Qiagen.
