So, we have multiple examples of iconic music in our past. Monkey Man by the Stones comes to mind. Imagine by Lennon. Even Born in the USA by the boss. Whole albums by Willie Nelson or Neil Young also fit the bill.

 

What music has come out recently that you think will achieve the iconic status? What songs by what people will stand the test of time? I posted this in the General Discussion forum, but please feel free to speculate. Who are the performers to watch? What are the songs to hear?

 

 

DISCLAIMER: I need a new album in my collection that won't bore me after a week.
