The video is so fuzzy that strings could easily have been edited out.

Oh that’s called a lifter (not anti-gravity despite the claims). It works by sending high voltage through the wires. There is aluminum on the sides and at the tops of the points with an air gap in between. Ions flow from the top to the bottom pushing the lifter up.

 

Edit: The strings are not edited out, there are no strings just very thin wires. You can see them if you look very closely.

No, it's just action-reaction. The ions are accelerated downward, so the lifter is accelerated upward.
