Posting diagrams and images?

Would somebody please explain what should be done to post images from my files. I want to put up graphs and diagrams.

I still cant make a picture, I need the total idiot explanation i'm afraid.

.doc's are not images. Which is why they're not showing as such...

 

Save the diagram you want as some image file (jpg or png is probably best depending on what it is)...
