Would somebody please explain what should be done to post images from my files. I want to put up graphs and diagrams.

When you hit the Reply button, just scroll down and hit the Manage Attachments button under Additional Options. You should be able to upload files from there.

I still cant make a picture, I need the total idiot explanation i'm afraid.

.doc's are not images. Which is why they're not showing as such...

 

Save the diagram you want as some image file (jpg or png is probably best depending on what it is)...
