Technically, there is not shape of the universe since there is nothing out side the universe.

Isn't the definition of Universe, everything?

Yes, everything that exists physically.

There's not 'outside of the universe' to even talk about, it's just...not...there/true/right/real...I think that's the best I can phrase it right now.
