YT2095 Posted October 30, 2007 Share Posted October 30, 2007 you simply need a HT generator and a brush to transfer the Electrons onto the surface, and then you have to ensure you have an Over-Voltage spark-gap (a ground rail will do) as this can build up Lethal charges on a large scale that can sometimes act unpredictably.
