Yea fractals are nuts - I have heared fractal music before but thats a big collection The first one looks like a wierd dimentsion with lots of worm holes. The mandlebrot set is based on the formula [math]z=z^2 +C[/math] That's quite simple. My favorite is based on the formula [math]if \ (real(z) < 0) \ z = (z+1)*© [/math] [math]else \ z = (z-1)*conj© [/math] Which is not much more complicated so the colors aren't unique to the formulaes then, right? is the only purpose of the colors to show the aesthetic value?
