I replied that they wouldn't help anybody.

He insisted.

I added the units: rpm gpm^0.5 ft^-0.75 (L^0.75 T^-1.5)

He stormed off accusing me of taking the p**s out of him.

The relationship didn't improve over time.

But it was a p**s pump after all.
