Polymers, nylons, ceramics, plastics or others that'd withstand heat up to 190 degree C

Which of ceramics, polymers, nylons, plastics or other materials that withstand heat up to 190 Celsius while being not heat-conductive itself?

AFAIK all materials conduct heat.  Some materials conduct heat so poorly that they are used as insulation, but they still conduct heat.

Is there a minimum thermal conductivity that you are looking for?

Materials that withstand heat up to 190 Celsius while undergoing max such, not getting more than 41 degree Celsius

What is the amount of time that the material will be subjected to that 190 C temperature?

virtually endless

simply very long time

real case is it's the desoldering iron base end ie. the other of the tip end, of the main metal pipe connecting tip end to base end functioning as exit of the removed solder

so to ensure it's inside the airtight compartment, which is its exterior is functioning as  the desoldering iron handle, it's made to be quite standing out almost a cm to the user's hand direction

so because of the tool original design is barely enough space dimension of the desoldering iron handle, the user really feel it that heat conducted base end hich is in the far end (as opposed to nearer end to user) of handle

so need such asked material in pipe shape of larger diameter to be just fitted onto outer the base end of the main connecting, conductive pipe
