Is emotional problem proved to be a mental problem?

Featured Replies

I believe that I have emotional problem, e.g. I could get angry so easily but it subsides so slowly. Is it medically considered to be a kind of mental problem if this is the only symptom I have?

Another question, is emotional problem proved or believed to be some special chemicals in our body lacking or in excess?

It can be tricky. There are different kinds of problems, there are different kinds of things that can cause them, and there are different things you can do to deal with them. If you're not sure what to do, you might want to consult with someone you trust and see what they recommend.

What makes it a problem? Why does it matter what label you use?

If you’re behaving in a way that bothers, put a plan in place that will help you to minimize and eventually extinguish that behavior.
